- the safty card is located in the pocket in front of you!
- don’t know about this one.
- In all her beverage cart glory.
- Great flight attendant hair!!
- I really like the justapostition of this shot.
- I guess Elvis made an appearance.
Here are some stills of the Flight Attendant costume I recently made and posted about here. It is for a web commercial for Expedia… I don’t know much more about it except that I had a lot of fun doing it and would love more work like this 😉 I guess if this goes over well they will use this character for more of an ad campaign.
Wow! that is amazing!
I am curious how long it took you to make that and if you would consider making something similar for a costume? I have no idea how much it would run but I ran across your blog searching for flight attendant costumes and this is 1000 times better than any costume for sure!
Thank You SOOO much for the comment, it made my morning. It took me about 12-15 hours to make this and I ordered the wool from LA and it took two weeks. Yes I could definately make another cosume like this (skirt, jacket, hat)… the only thing is the neckerchief was on loan from an athentic 1972 Pan Am flight attendant. Everything else I can reproduce….. but…. not before halloween. Let me know if you are still interested.
Hi Angerella, How long does it take you to make the Pan Am Costume? And cost? I live in Canada. Thanks Karen

The cart is a neat prop. Did you have that or was it provided? Great outfit!
Thanks so much for the comment. I believe the cart was from 1964 (maybe not PanAm). The guy heading this project was very meticulous and accurate so I am sure he or the prop guy searched hi and low.
Yes I am. Do you get my email on here to contact me?
You did an AMAZING job.
Yes I do get your e-mail. I will contact you shortly. Thank You again.
Hi, I recently came across your blog post via a google search for pan am clothing. I’m on the hunt for a Pan Am flight attendant costume and I was wondering if you’d consider selling yours? Or any pointers on where I could get something similar?
I tried to contact the production company who bought the costume that I made to no avail. Find a dress maker in your area or contact your local Fringe theaters for people who can make costumes. Thank you for stopping by my blog!
Hi there I was wondering if you would be able to make this costume for a group of girls? If so please let me know how much per coustume.
